0. INITIAL RELEASE / PILOT PROGRAM - SPECIAL PRICING
VISTAANTIQUES.COM IS BEING RELEASED AS A PILOT PROGRAM AND IS OFFERED WITH SPECIAL CONDITIONS
VistaAntiques.com is currently released as a "Pilot Program".During this "pilot program", all general terms and conditions apply plus the following terms which are specific to the pilot. The duration of this "pilot program" is estimated to last untill 5/1/2009. The duration may be extended indefinitely as needed.
0.1 - PILOT PRICING: FREE OF CHARGE OR FEES
During the pilot program, the use of the website and its available services will be free of charge and/or fees. No set up fee will be assessed
0.2 - INCENTIVE
Professional vendors signing up as members and posting a minimum of 50 items and inviting a minimum of 50 contacts will receive and additional 60 days of free service past the end of the "pilot Program". Other incentive may be added as needed
0.3 - NEW DEVELOPMENT OR CHANGES
During the "Pilot Program", Vista Antiques reserve the right to modify, delete or add any functionality or busines logic of the site.

PRODUCTS must be relevant to the Antiques and Collectible marketplace and typically fit within one of the product category defined by the site
INDIVIDUAL SELLERS must either A) personally own the product they intend to sell through full legal ownership. B) have the legal right to sell the product. Such ownership or right to sell shall be available to buyers upon request and may be presented in any legal acceptable written format, including but not limited to: proof of purchase, inheritance document, transmission document, gift document, power of attorney, written agreement.....)
PROFESSIONAL SELLERS may either A) fully own the product they inetend to sell B) partially own the product they intend to sell and have the right to sell the portion they do not own C)offer the product they intend to sell on behalf of their clients. In both cases ,the professional seller is responsible and accountable for the product, its origin and rightfull ownership or right to sell. Such ownership and/or right to sell shall be available to buyers or legal authorities upon request and may be presented in any lawfull acceptable written format, including but not limited to: proof of purchase, inheritance document, transmission document, gift document, power of attorney, written agreement.....)

- SERVICES PROVIDERS shall be professionals, authorized, accredited or licensed as needed to perform the service or conduct the business they offer
- SERVICE PROVIDERS shall either A) perform themselves the service they offer B) deliver the service through their company or organization. In both cases, the professional service provider is responsible and accountable for the service delivered, its adequacy, origin, quality, timeliness, price, warranty, insurance and liabilities and legal implications. Written documentation, accreditations, insurances and/or other legal requirements shall be available to buyers or legal authorities upon request and shall be presented in any lawfull acceptable written format
- RESELLERS are not authorized
- SERVICES published and visible by the public shall be deemed appropriate and viewable by any audience of any age.
4. "VISTA ANTIQUES" RIGHTS
4.1 RESERVATION OF RIGHTS OVER PRODUCTS OR SERVICE POSTED
- "Vista Antiques" reserves the right to remove any products or service posted not relevant to the Antiques and Collectibles marketplace
- "Vista Antiques" reserve the right to remove any product or service objectionnable to the public audience of the site
- "Vista Antiques" reserve the right to close the account of any member (viewer, individual or professional seller or service provider not complying the Terms and Conditions of the site
